Good Looking URL

In the Wt pages, they have a 'nice' looking URL as follows;
...kit.eu/wt/features
In my application, whatever I've tried, my URL look something like this;
...ders.com:8080/?_=/getting-started
How do I get the nice looking URL like Wt has? I've looked all through the wt-homepage example but cannot find where this URL format is controlled. I want something that looks more like this;
...ders.com:8080/pub/getting-started
