How to use WTestEnvironment when setting approot and docrooot is needed

I want to test a WApplication using the offered WTestEnvironment. But the applicaition needs the approot and docrooot for getting css and other stuff that is set by arguments in normal case.

How could it be done for WTestEnvironment?
