WDialog: Titlebar does not emit some events when movable

Description

I am using Wt 4.8.2.

When a WDialog is movable, its titlebar does not emit mouseWentDown and mouseWentUp. As soon a mouse button is pressed on the titlebar it also stops emitting mouseMoved.
