When the indicator-timeout is set in wt_config.xml. The framework will ensure that the loading indicator will show up after the specified timeout (in ms).

Suppose this value is set to a very low value, or even 0. In a real-world scenario, this will not lead to the indicator showing up immediately, since there is a delay from the framework.
We should ensure that instead of the framework delaying this, due to communication with the server, the indicator is shown immediately (in case of the timeout being 0).
