This will serve as the parent ticket to implement ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications).
ARIA ensures that content of webpages is defined in a way that is more accessible.

Essentially it provides context to DOM elements. A bonus of this context, is that CSS can be used with ARIA, such that (completely implemented) ARIA itself is in essence theme-able.

This ticket will be split in two major parts:

• roles (see)
• attributes (see)

If necessary these parts can be further split up.
