Description

According to RFC 6265, cookie values can be surrounded by double quotes. Double quotes cannot be part of the value.

This surfaced when running a JWt application with Servlet 6 and WildFly 35, which surrounds cookie values with double quotes.

This has not been found to be a good workaround and should best be resolved at the application level by avoiding special characters in the cookie value. For RIVM this is no longer a priority as they will stay with Tomcat, so this issue can be rejected.
