Description

The DirectBinding type queries were mainly added to facilitate tests, and compare the DynamicBinding approach to them (and inspect their overhead).
Likely these queries are rarely used, nor should they advisedly be.

They will be deprecated, with a complete removal happening at some point in the future. (TBD)
