Wt.js does not send the form data of unchecked WCheckBox, so the server assumes that WCheckBox that are not inside of the form data are unchecked . However, if an event is sent to the server before a WCheckBox is added, but the server only receives the event after it has sent the message adding that WCheckBox to the client. The new WCheckBox will be considered unchecked by the server until the next event/signal from the client is received, even if that WCheckBox state was set to checked by the server.
