Affected: WT 4.12.2 and former versions (checked down to 4.11.4)

STR:

• run attached main.cpp
• open http://127.0.0.1:8080
• press "Tab" several times

--> The browser focuses inactive widgets, too. This does not make sense and is hardly to see for buttons.

• hit access key "Shift+Alt+N" several times

--> The browser toggles the focus between the buttons "Popup nested" (in the foreground) and "N" (in the background). But it does not trigger the action of "Popup nested" as the user expects.

Improvement: Please actually deactivate the widgets in the background of a modal dialog.
