Description

When a WTableView has header columns, it is not possible to scroll the table using the mouse-wheel when the mouse cursor is inside of the header columns. This is not very intuitive since the header columns always scrolls with the other columns.

This should be changed such that scrolling using the mouse-wheel can also be done when the mouse cursor is inside a header column.
