Currently, when an initial Get requests comes with a wtd attached, the user will be treated as a bot. This can be annoying when running Wt with reload-is-new-session=false since the wtd will always be in the url, meaning that it will be bookmarked with that wtd, making the initial request always suspicious.

It is currently possible to fix that behavior by redirecting when such a situation happens, but having a way to turn it on or off in wt_config.xml would make it easier to turn turn on and to find.
