Later WTableView::setColumnAlignment has no effect

Description

Affected: Wt 4.13.2 (and most likely all former versions, checked with 4.11.4)

If WTableView::setColumnAlignment is called at construction time, it has the intended effect.
If it is invoked from event handlers or asynchronously, it has no effect until a refresh by reloading the browser tab.

STR:

  • run attached main.cpp (with <reload-is-new-session>false</reload-is-new-session>)
  • watch
  • click buttons "0" & "1"
  • reload browser tab
