We would like WTableView to support rows that remain permanently visible at the bottom of the viewport, similar to how the header row remains visible while scrolling.
Proposed Behavior
• Allow one or more bottom rows to remain fixed while the user scrolls vertically.
• No empty space should appear between the last table row and the footer when the table content is smaller than the assigned height.
