Description

A port number from a URL is not appended to the "Host" header so the default one is used. So if someone wants to use a different port number they actually need to set "Host" header value manually.

This seems to be a small bug with composing the 'Host' header.

We should not append 'default' ports (80, 443 for the corresponding protocols).
