Description
Basically, we want to allow the user to input a time. We are currently implementing this with an Hour spinbox, and a minute spinbox and would like to add leading 0 for values that are only one digit long. i.e. we'd like to be able to show 09 : 05 as currently this is shown as 9 : 5
