Description

The documentation for WApplication::setTwoPhaseRenderingThreshold() says the initial value for this is set in wt_config.xml, however it isn't clear what variable, if any, in wt_config.xml actually controls it. It might also be worthwhile mentioning that if not specified in wt_config.xml (assuming it can be), then the value is set to 5000 (from WebRenderer.C).
