We are currently trying to use your Web Toolkit (Witty) to build an application in conjunction with bootstrap. We are doing trial applications but are encountering some issues with Wt and Bootstrap namely when using the Navigation Bar.

We are using the exact same code from your example (Wt Widget Gallery - https://www.webtoolkit.eu/widgets/navigation/navigation-bar) but for some reason we can make our Navigation Bar to act the same way as yours.

By this I mean that it doesn't show the menu right away when loading the page if I add the bootstrap 3 css's, and I resize the screen the toggle button is there so there is somewhat of a strange behavior compared with your version.

If you could help us understand why the menu is not shown when the page is loaded, we are considering your framework for our development but working with Bootstrap is essential.
