With github wt 4.3.0-42-g6d15a8a7, chart elements can overlap vertically under some conditions. This can be observed with the charts example using either the "Category" or "Scatter Plot (time series)" by providing a title and choosing either an outside top or bottom legend. I believe this was introduced with 4.3.0-17-g3ff34568.
