Description

When someone tries to log in with an email address that hasn't been confirmed, or tries to register with that email address, we should give them the option to resend the activation mail, since the first may have been lost for some reason and otherwise the user account is kind of stuck.

Also, it's possible to register more than once with the same email address as long as the email address has not been confirmed, even though this is not allowed as soon as the activation is done.
