In fact that I'm using DB2, I created a backend service for it. It is based on the MSSQL backend.

I'll provide it to you too, maybe you're interrested in it.

I also think it isn't complete or you'd see points to improve, but feel free to do it. I'd like it when I don't need to patch Wt in future for to get this functionality, and maybe you get more potential users/clients by that.
