Hello!

If setDraggable() is applied to widget from WDialog, then dragWidget
is not visible while drag n drop action. But if dragging mouse is going out
if WDialog, then the widget is visible, under WDialog.
It seems, that draggable widgets should get higher z-index, than WDialog.
