libHaru now calls its lib files hpdf.lib and hpdfd.lib (both for static and dynamic libraries), instead of the old libhpdf.lib, libhpdfd.lib, libhpdfs.lib, and libhpdfsd.lib.

We'll need to fix cmake/WtFindHaru.txt to find the libHaru libs with these new names properly.

Wt 4.9.0 was accidentally built without PDF support as a result of this. In the future, we could perhaps also make it automatically verifiable that Wt is actually built with all of the desired features.
