Hello!

WGlobal turned out to lack about 200 classes.

Some classes (WIOService, AuthModel, WBoxLayout) are normal documented classes, but absent in WGlobal.

Full list of possibly documented classes, missing in WGlobal, is attached to the issue.

Hey,

Your list includes many classes not part of Wt, but there are also some genuinely missing.

Pieter can you add those that are in Wt's public API (exluding Wt::Ext) and currently missing?
