Widget Gallery validation example does not accept input with bootstrap3 theme

Description

There appears to be an issue with the Widget Gallery Validation page where the age examples do not accept input with the bootstrap3 theme. The issue appears to pre-date Wt-4.9.0.

As a follow-up, I think the size of the age input field is just too narrow for it to display any content. The field actually accepts input and can validate it. So, this is just a cosmetic issue.

This is indeed solely a visual bug. For Bootstrap 3 it seems the input-group doesn't correctly grow with its parent. I'll also very the other themes of course.
