JWt

Currently, wt-port translates all normal source code (with some exceptions) from Wt, and the widget gallery.
There are some initial commits with regular examples as well, but this is a much smaller set than Wt has, and essentially doesn't contain any of the newer examples. Thus missing out on showing how newer features (like #11705) can be implemented.

The newer example should be translated as well, though likely with some exceptions (using a certain library, or C++ only/specific code).
