When the locale changes, and thus potentially the content of localized strings, we refresh the whole application, to ensure that these changes are propagated.

It however seems that not all content is refreshed correctly. Most of the offenders seem to exist in the Chart namespace, where labels, legends and titles are not correctly replaced.
More instances may exist, but will require further investigating.
