Description

Currently, the QR code generated to allow for more easily adding the TOTP configuration in the authenticator app has a very high resolution and a lot of redundancy build in.
This can be scaled back a little, to generate a less complex QR code that can be more easily scanned.

The default should be of lower redundancy (e.g. having more akin to 10 blocks).
It should also be made configurable such that the size and the redundancy can be specified by developers.
