Description
Hi,
The default format for WDate::toString() is currently "ddd MMM d yyyy". Could you please move that to the locale dependent settings?

Hey Kurt,
This may be a bit unexpected from a backwards compatibility point of view, however ...

I've been thinking about this some more, and I'm not really sure what I want from the library.
I can see some things I might want to do:
- Write it in a locale dependent short format
- Write it in a locale dependent long format
- Write it in one of the ISO 8601 formats, probably the one with dashes.
But if I need this, this is something I could easily do myself.
