I've noticed that the bootstrap.css/bootstrap.min.css file has an invalid reference to the glyphicons-halflings.png and glyphicons-halflings-white.png file. It points to "../img/glyphicons-halflings.png" but there is no img directory in the resources folder that is distributed. If you just remove the "../img/" from the URL path it finds the file correctly.
