Hey,

These two things aren't really connected. There are several examples that show how to connect to a database, although the examples will use Sqlite3 for simplicity. To switch to Postgres is a small change (swap out Sqlite3 and replace it by Postgres).

All menus in Wt are dynamically constructed (i.e. from C code) --- you can change this in anyway you like.
