Description

Forward slashes in the internalPath are being urlencoded as '%2f' without Javascript. This issue can be observed with the github 3.3.3-21-g7a82136 version of the widgetgallery example.

This could be related to #3505 and the attached patch seems to help, though I'm not sure it addresses all cases. The patch has only been lightly tested.
