I think, it should emit dataChanged().

For example, without this emit, corresponding row in WCombobox and WSelectionBox is not refreshed, which is important, if row become NOT ItemIsSelectable, especially if it was in selection.

That sounds true, and this probably needs to be checked for other models as well (WStandardItemModel)
