Description

Y-axis tick labels over a certain width get overwritten by vertical y-axis titles using the github version of wt 3.3.3-53-gecb10d6 (3.3.4+). In addition, y-axis titles are not always centered correctly and this can be especially noticeable with longer titles.

An attached test program demonstrates the issues.

A patch which seems to help with these issues is also attached. It addresses the centering issue with a localized approach, but there are probably better solutions.

Please note that the attached patch has only had limited testing on a small subset of chart functionality. There are many axis, scale and font options that could impact this code. The patch is intended as an example of the desired behavior rather than a complete solution.
