Description

After switch from Wt 3.3.1 to 3.3.4 WCalendar day names do not show properly when I use a resource with localized strings. I get question marks instead of russian day names.

Also, I've noticed that the 'Today' tooltip text is hard-coded and is not suitable for localization.
