Description

When using Bootstrap 2 theme and if a cell in a table is edited, the line edit is misaligned (i.e. neither 100% of the cell nor centered), see also attached screenshot:

Tested with:
Own application with Wt 3.3.4 / Webtoolkit's Widget Gallery
Firefox 38.4 ESR, Firefox 42, IE 11
CentOS 7, Windows 7
