Currently multiple WServer instances are not allowed in Wt. Such a feature would be immensely beneficial.

Hey,

I got rid of the last static objects in the http frontend. So now with the built-in httpd you can have multiple instances (multiple WServer objects).
I also added an example in feature/multiple_servers/

Hopefully it'll make git tomorrow.
