Description

The attached test program causes a client-side failure with: "Wt internal error; code: undefined, description: item.set is undefined" with iceweasel 24.6.0 under Debian Wheezy. The test app was run under Debian Wheezy with latest github version of Wt 8eef8af.

This appears to be a regression introduced with github version 5079132. The test program may not be minimal.

The attached patch seems to help with the issue, but has only been lightly tested. Additional information is provided with the patch.
