This issue was raised by another user and I can confirm this problem in my application.

Drag and Drop inside a WTreeView does not work correctly when dragging the item by the icon. While pressing the mouse button over the item's icon a blocked symbol appears, when the mouse button is released the associated symbols for the allowed/unallowed action appear and stick to the mouse pointer until another mouse click.

Drag and Drop works when the item is clicked and dragged on the text/label part.

I see this issue in Firefox, Edge and IE.
